Service terms

These public terms describe acceptable use of CrewTimePro. An agency’s signed subscription agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.

Authorized use

Use the service only with permission from the subscribing agency. Keep credentials private, provide accurate information, and promptly report suspected compromise. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another agency’s information.

Operational responsibility

CrewTimePro assists with workforce planning and records, but it does not replace agency command judgment, credential verification, payroll review, emergency procedures, collective bargaining obligations, or compliance with law. Agencies remain responsible for reviewing schedules, staffing decisions, time records, exports, and notifications.

Availability and changes

Features may change as the product improves. Planned maintenance and events outside reasonable control may affect availability. Applicable warranties, liability limits, payment terms, termination rights, and data-return commitments are defined in the agency’s subscription agreement.
