Privacy notice

This notice explains the categories of information CrewTimePro processes to provide workforce scheduling and related services. An agency using CrewTimePro controls the workforce records it enters and is responsible for its notices, permissions, and retention requirements.

Information processed

• Account and profile details, such as name, work contact information, role, and agency membership.
• Scheduling, availability, time, attendance, credential, training, request, and communication records entered by the agency or its workforce.
• Technical records needed to secure and operate the service, including sign-in, device, diagnostic, and audit information.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested features, authenticate users, enforce permissions, deliver alerts, support agencies, diagnose problems, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. CrewTimePro does not sell workforce personal information.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, authentication, communications, and operations, or disclosed when legally required. Records are retained according to the agency’s configuration, contractual requirements, security needs, and applicable law.
